Kevin started in real estate in 2004 — not with a fund or an institutional background, but with his first home and investment property in Virginia. What followed wasn't a straight line. Different markets, different asset types, different lessons. An HVAC business in South Florida. Properties in Cleveland. A duplex that sold well during COVID and pointed him toward the next chapter.
