Afiwi Capital is led by Kevin Green, a real estate operator and entrepreneur focused on deal sourcing, DSCR underwriting, and workforce housing execution across Florida and Georgia.Kevin's background spans real estate deal sourcing and underwriting for value-add multifamily, DSCR financing structuring for small commercial and residential assets, property management operations through Afiwi Property Management LLC, and HVAC contracting and property services across South Florida; giving him direct, operator-level insight into actual building costs, deferred maintenance exposure, and the NOI integrity that determines whether a workforce housing deal actually performs post-close.That combination; deal sourcing intelligence + financing literacy + boots-on-the-ground operational knowledge; is what separates Afiwi Capital's market intelligence from every generic real estate publication in this space.Kevin's perspective:
